Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop: Tactics and strategies in International Arbitration: Tips to survive procedural guerrilla warfare

The Workshop was hosted by Young ICCA with the kind support of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

 

This free of charge event sought to provide younger practitioners with a hands-on opportunity to develop practical skills in international arbitration. 

 

The topic of the Workshop, which was led by an international faculty of highly experienced younger arbitration practitioners, was "Tactics and strategies in International Arbitration: tips to survive procedural guerrilla warfare".
