This workshop focused on 'The Psychology of Persuasive Argument: Dos and Don’ts for Successful Advocacy' and was part of the ICCA Miami Congress programme. A Young ICCA Mentoring Programme Networking Event was also held on 9 April including past and present participants in the Young ICCA Mentoring Programme, including Mentors, Buddies and Mentees.
