Rohit Bhat elected as Young ICCA Co-Chair
We are pleased to announce that Rohit Bhat has been elected as the next Young ICCA Co-Chair.
Asked about his election, Rohit said "I am thrilled to be elected the next Young ICCA Co-chair. I look forward to working with the wonderful Young ICCA community to find new and interesting ways to connect with each other and to contribute to conversations that are shaping the arbitration universe."
Rohit will serve a two-year term as co-chair alongside Maanas Jain and Shirin Gurdova, whose terms end in August 2023 and August 2024 respectively.
The two candidates up for election were Rohit and Bart Wasiak. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate both Rohit and Bart on being the two candidates and to thank them for participating in this year’s election.
Rohit will take office immediately, succeeding current co-chair Maria Athanasiou whose leadership has been an asset to the Young ICCA community over the past two years. Our thanks go to Maria for her longstanding involvement in Young ICCA activities and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
