Registration Now Open for Tbilisi Training Day

Register now for the Practitioner's International Arbitration Training Day in Tbilisi, Georgia on 20 June 2013. The Training Day is organised by Young ICCA in cooperation with the East - West Management Institute (EWMI), which is implementing the Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP) in Georgia, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The purpose of the Training Day is to familiarize practitioners from Georgia with the principles of international commercial (as well as investment) arbitration, the major arbitral institutions, the drafting of arbitration agreements and key steps in arbitral proceedings, as well as the role of national courts at different stages of the arbitral proceedings.
