ICCA introduces #NewICCAResource
Interested in keeping up with the latest developments in international arbitration law and practice? Here’s how.
ICCA’s publications have provided key up-to-date resources for arbitration practitioners for four decades. The ICCA International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration (established in 1984) contains authoritative country reports prepared by leading arbitrators, academics and practitioners on national arbitral practice, as well as the relevant national legislation (in English). The ICCA Yearbook Commercial Arbitration (established in 1976) publishes quarterly updates on court judgments applying the New York Convention, arbitral awards and new developments in arbitral practice.
Both the ICCA Handbook and ICCA Yearbook are updated online throughout the year and updates are available via www.kluwerarbitration.com. To keep abreast of new developments, including new ICCA publications and translations of current ICCA publications, follow us on Twitter (@ICCAArbitration) or Facebook (International Council for Commercial Arbitration - ICCA) and keep a lookout for alerts beginning with #NewICCAResource.
